  • Relationship Building:
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Serve as a point of contact for addressing queries and concerns related to ERP products.
  • Sales Reporting & CRM:
  • Maintain accurate sales data in CRM tools, including lead status and meeting details.
  • Submit regular sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to the management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Odoo (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure to meet sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in software solution selling or B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with industries such as manufacturing, retail, or FMCG.
  • Knowledge of ERP modules like CRM, HR, Accounting, Manufacturing, etc.
