Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and ambitious female Business Development Executive who is open to relocating to Kolkata and eager to contribute to our domestic and international expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, participate in strategic sales initiatives, and build client relationships across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert potential business leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media outreach
- Understand client requirements and articulate tailored ERP/IT solutions, primarily around Odoo ERP
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and proposal presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Technical, and Delivery) to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Maintain and update sales pipeline reports and CRM systems regularly
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates only (as part of our commitment to gender diversity in business leadership)
- Willingness to relocate to Kolkata (Relocation assistance can be discussed)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Hindi/Bengali is an added advantage)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM solutions or prior experience in IT/Software Sales will be considered an advantage
