With aggressive targets of 300 new Odoo customers and ₹600 crore revenue by 2026, we are expanding our delivery leadership team.
Role Overview
You will own the end-to-end success of multiple mid--to-large Odoo ERP projects—from discovery to go-live and post-implementation support—while leading cross-functional teams (BA, functional, technical, QA, DevOps) and ensuring projects are delivered on scope, time, quality and budget.

Pre-Sales & Discovery | • Support sales with scoping, estimations and proposals• Conduct requirement workshops, GAP/FIT analysis & solution design• Produce Statements of Work (SOW) & project plans |
Planning & Governance | • Build detailed WBS, resource plans and budgets in Odoo Project• Define risk, communication and quality management plans• Establish Agile/Scrum or hybrid governance and project KPIs |
Execution & Control | • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives• Track progress, burn-down, budget and earned-value metrics• Resolve scope creep, dependencies and impediments swiftly |
Stakeholder Management | • Act as single point of contact for C-level and functional heads• Run steering-committee meetings; manage change requests• Drive user-adoption, UAT and sign-offs |
Go-Live & Hyper-care | • Coordinate cut-over, data migration, and user training• Monitor post-go-live KPIs, stabilize system and hand over to support |
Continuous Improvement | • Coach team on Odoo and PM best practices; foster knowledge sharing• Contribute to PMO templates, playbooks and process maturity |
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of total IT/ERP experience, with 3+ years managing full-cycle Odoo / SAP / Oracle / Dynamics implementations
- Proven delivery of multi-company, multi-site projects (manufacturing and trading verticals preferred) valued at ₹30 lakh+
- Solid grasp of Accounting, SCM, Manufacturing, CRM and HRMS processes
- Hands-on with Agile/Scrum, MS Project or Jira, and Odoo Project & Timesheet modules
- Strong stakeholder, risk and budget management skills; PMI-PMP / PRINCE2 or Agile PM certification is a plus
- Excellent communication (English, Hindi/Bengali) and leadership abilities—able to mentor 8–15 consultants/developers
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with Docker, DevOps pipelines, Odoo.sh & SaaS hosting
- Experience with GST, e-Invoice/e-Way Bill, Nepal IRD or multi-country fiscal requirements
- Exposure to mobile (Flutter) or ecommerce integrations (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify)
