Job Title: Web Consultant (Cold Calling - UK & Australia)

Job Description:
We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Web Consultants to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients in the UK and Australia through cold calling, promoting our web services, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the UK and Australia to introduce our web services and solutions.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings to generate interest.
- Identify client needs through active listening and probing questions.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine calling scripts and outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and company services to enhance engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of work experience (preferably in sales, customer service, or cold calling).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections confidently.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
